The professional consulting portion is for restaurant owners who need to change their whole menus or in part. Creation, style, a signature (plate), novelties, standardized recipes, or including a portion or all gluten free, with the necessary training to the laying down of this process for their employees.

At Home Chef

The at home Chef is designed so you can enjoy a culinary experience in the comfort of your home with your guests, whether for a family reunion, a friends gathering, a meeting of colleagues, a specific event or theme; So you can enjoy a part or full service meal with the same quality and standards as in a restaurant. The menus are based on the needs and tastes of customers, either Gourmet, bistro, or other theme.

Your chef, Josee-Ann is originally from the Eastern Townships, her career began in the best restaurants in the region. The chef has been working in the field of restoration for over 30 years, she worked in several types of establishments to perfect her art. Having dabbled in all styles and types of cuisine be it gourmet, bistro, cafeteria, hotels, chain, large and small businesses as restaurants and caterers as banquets, receptions, and events. She has also worked on film sound stages in the preparation and design of menus. Having been the personal chef of several American actors

Josee-Ann, also continues to follow more specialized training of any kind as hygiene and safety, she has developed a great expertise in gluten and allergen free products..

Certified Chef of Québec Blue Seal, and Red Seal of Canada.

At Home Chef

Treat yourself to a culinary experience at home, with your own chef. This is a concept where the chef comes in your home, so you can live an extraordinary culinary experience in the comfort of your own home with your guests, whether for a family reunion, a friends gathering, a meeting with colleagues, specific event or theme. You will get a high quality service, in addition to eliminate any risk of external contamination or handling of several employees.

Our chef is also specializes in gluten and allergen free products. The menus are based on your needs and your tastes be it gourmet, bistro, or other theme. Prices will be set according to the market price and the season.

Plaisirs 100 Faim also offers consulting services to understand your business needs. You are starting a business in catering or food service (institutions will, ready to eat, food processing, etc) either to start or expand your menu, updating, custom creations, signature dish, recipe standardization, develop a full menu or a portion of your menu and create gluten free and allergen free menus. Our chef can also help you avoid the pitfalls and losses, controlling production, analyze the sales and also to improve certain practices in the kitchen and can help you meet the standards of the MAPAQ or if you need training to adapt to your kitchen staff.
